My sister Ayah, on the other hand, is living the wanderlust life on scholarship dollar. She is the smartest, savviest person I know. After being the first person to go to college out of state, she moved back home, spent a year working odd jobs and saving up, then began her journey. She’s doing her master’s at the American University in Cairo. While, she’s not only explored every nook and cranny of Egypt, but she's also ventured to other Arab countries. All on dissertation grants. She’s also made her way up to Europe, and I met up with her and the rest of the family when they came to visit me in Spain. Being state-side again, I am extremely jealous of her Instagram account.
